The Casella Limited Release Shiraz is crafted with an uncompromising commitment to quality, and made in our signature style – powerful, bold and fruit driven, yet balanced and complex. The Limited Release wines are made each year from selected parcels of fruit in Australia’s best known wine growing regions.
VINTAGE CONDITIONS
Fruit quality from the 2012 vintage was exceptional, with mild conditions right through the growing season providing excellent conditions for flavour development and ripeness without elevating sugar levels. The red wines from this vintage where particularly robust with vibrant colours, fantastic rounded fruit and full tannins.
